Our Story

Led by owner Pete Owen, our team has completed work for institutions ranging from naval facilities to municipal buildings to private commercial properties, earning recognition including a NAVFAC MIDLANT FEAD Portsmouth STAR Safety Award.

So… What’s With the Logo?
Owner Pete Owen has a Korean background and was born in Hawaii, and he’s incorporated the spirit of Aloha into the company brand. The logo is a petroglyph — a picture drawn on rock by indigenous people thousands of years ago to depict everyday life, from surfing and fishing to hunting. We’re still looking for one holding a hammer.
